Legendary headliners, iconic sets, and summer vibes are just part of the BST Hyde Park experience, but for us, it means even more.
The event not only showcases our team’s hard work but also highlights the strength of the relationship we’ve built as a key supplier for AEG Presents and festival organiser LS Events over the past seven years.
During the 2025 festival, which took place from June 27 to July 13, 2025, our team was responsible for designing, constructing, and managing over 23 scaffolding structures across the site. These included a large entrance gantry, multiple merchandise structures, a small stage with a roof, various low-level platforms, and unique, AEG-owned assets, such as ‘The Barn’, a Glulam, tented structure.
Operating in a sensitive central London location like Hyde Park presents unique logistical challenges, demanding meticulous planning and coordination across multiple organisations. Projects like this truly give us the opportunity to collaborate with many world-class suppliers, such as Spacial Installations, who provided the scenic cladding for some of the Gorilla3PL-built scaffold structures.
